Cavenham Court is a modern new build block in which we recently fitted with new fire-rated front entrance doors & communal doors to bring it up to the latest compliance in fire safety.

Roberts Court
We fitted our bespoke fire-seal units at Roberts Court to provide fire protection for the services adjacent to the flats within this sheltered block of flats, this will contain fire spread between building compartments.

Walnut Tree Close
Walnut Tree Close is a low rise block where we changed the flat entrance doors alongside the communal doors with accompanying glazing systems and additional fire-stopping to achieve the required compliant fire-rating.
